Every project is quoted as one fixed price in the written spec, held for 30 days. Where a project lands above its starting figure comes down to the number of integrations and the App Store work involved, both settled during discovery before anything is committed.

Discovery and spec
A written document: the problem stated plainly, the user flows, a sketch of the data, the list of integrations, the explicit non-goals, a recommended tier and one fixed build price held for 30 days. The document is yours either way. If you go ahead, the $2,000 comes off the build.

A weekly demo of working software, not a status deck. The spec is the scope; anything outside it is a written change request, quoted before any work starts.

Handoff
Code in your repository, deployed to infrastructure you own, a README covering how to run and deploy it, a walkthrough session, and every credential transferred. Nothing stays in our name.

Warranty
Anything broken against the spec is fixed at no charge. New features, changes of mind and third-party outages are not covered. After 30 days, further work is a new engagement or billed hourly.

Discovery is invoiced upfront. The build is 40% to start, 30% at the midpoint demo and 30% on handoff. Hourly work is quoted and approved in writing before it begins.
How scope stays under control
- Non-goals are written into the spec, never implied by leaving them out
- Change requests are quoted and approved in writing before work starts
- One round of revisions per flow is included; past that is hourly
Infrastructure and AI accounts
You own and pay for all infrastructure, hosting and AI provider accounts directly. We set them up, deploy into them, and hand over full credentials at project close. We do not host, operate or maintain infrastructure after handoff.
Your key, your card, your alerts, and no markup on top. Setting the accounts up and configuring spend caps is part of the build. A typical production app runs $30 to $80 a month for infrastructure, plus AI usage that varies with traffic; you get that estimate in writing during discovery.
