Savage Vibe LLC ("Savage Vibe", "we", "us") operates the website at www.savage-vibe.com. Questions about this policy go to info@savage-vibe.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers your use of this website and the email you exchange with us at our savage-vibe.com addresses. It does not cover the apps we build. Savage Side Bets, Dr. Commish and any future app handle different data and describe their own practices in their own privacy policies, which you can find in each app and on its website.

What we collect

The website itself collects nothing from you. There are no sign-ups, contact forms, cookies, advertising tags or analytics scripts on it. The buttons on the site open your own mail app; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

When you email us, we receive whatever you include: your email address, your name if you sign it, and the content of your message. For beta invite requests that may include the email address tied to your Apple ID so we can send a TestFlight invitation.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We do not use those logs to identify or profile individual visitors.

How we use it

• To answer your message, including project inquiries and support questions.
• To send you a beta invitation you asked for, and updates about that beta.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our email work, such as our hosting provider and email provider, and only so they can provide those services to us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it or if it is needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep email for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up on it. If you would like us to delete our correspondence with you, email us and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@savage-vibe.com. Depending on where you live you may have specific rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour these requests for everyone, wherever you are.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The site links to our apps' websites, to X and to other third parties. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. Material changes, such as adding analytics to the site, will be called out in the text.
