These terms cover this website. Each of our apps has its own terms, shown when you install or sign up for it. The short version: the site is here to tell you what we build, and using it means you agree to what follows.

Agreement
The website at www.savage-vibe.com is operated by Savage Vibe LLC ("Savage Vibe", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site describes the apps we build and support, lets you ask to join a beta, and lets you ask us about custom work. It is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but products, availability, prices and timelines can change without notice.
Our apps
Savage Side Bets, Dr. Commish and any other app we publish are separate products. Your use of an app is governed by that app's own terms and privacy policy, and by the terms of the store you install it from, not by these terms.
Beta programs
Beta invitations are offered at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time. Beta software is unfinished by nature. It may contain bugs, lose data or stop working, and features may change or be removed before release. Any feedback you give us about a beta can be used freely by us to improve the product, with no obligation to you.
Custom work
The free first call and any email discussion about a project are just that: a conversation. Neither of us is committed to anything until we both sign a written agreement that describes the work, the price and the timeline.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, images and code, and the names Savage Vibe, Savage Side Bets, Dr. Commish and KinHub belong to Savage Vibe LLC. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, scrape or reuse its content for any other purpose without our written permission. Other names and logos that appear on the site, such as ESPN, Apple, TestFlight, Venmo and X, belong to their respective owners, who do not sponsor or endorse us.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, probe or attack it, impersonate us, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Do not use automated tools to extract its content beyond what search engines ordinarily do.
Third-party links
The site links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about it, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Savage Vibe LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this address, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
